hello friends today i will share about my experience on the pain i suffered in my lower back.
i hope it will help you in your treament process . when the pain was in first stage the doctor recommended me to rest and gave some medicines. there names are pantacid 1 time a day a morning empty stomach, ultracet 3 times a day ,etoriv mr or ethoshine mr 2 times a day, gabalin m 2 times a day. this course is for 10 days.
during these days i did some simple exercise i.e. leg rasing ,laying down on stomach and raising the chest.thegroceryshop.blogspot.com
